should be taken to circulateit to those Officers ' duty.
Arrangementsshould be made to k £orm those Officerswho
are of£ duty of its substancewhen they resume dut,y.
0n 1y in the very rare a d except o al cases should Officers
of£ duty be recalled to duty, and then on1y by the authority o£
a superintendent.
