distinctlyunderstoodthatelectricalapparatuscomingintothe possessiono£ the
policewi11not in any way be interferedwith,aridunderno circumstances whatevér
willa ccnst .blaettemptto examinethe apparatus.Theywi11simplyretainthe
articleuntilit is handedoverto an electricinspectorof factories.
