has been briefad br otherwise, as at the present time, owinó to we.r
conditions it is not always possible to obtain the services of a
Barrister to conduct the casa in Court in which case the superintendent
as the appellant o respondenthas authority to addressthe Bench whereas
a Solicitor caunot address the Court.
