The ChiefConstablehas observedthat caseshave occurred
ehere Offenderswho have been bound overby Courtshave subsequently
brokenthe conditionof theirreoognizanaeaad the Policehave not taken
any actioa.
The ChiefCon tabledireotsthat whenevera parsonie bound
over uaderthe Probationof OffeadersAct, 1907,Superintendentswill
obtainthe correctdecisionof the Courtaa to the extentof the Binding
