Theaeexaminationpapersand the model answerswi11 bé sent
fromHeadquartersto kuperintendentsat the commencementof eachmoath.
The Superintendentshouldmark the man'e papersaad submitthem to Headquarterswith
a separatereporton hia effioiencyand zealand the aumber
of cr3mee,£ires,inquests,swnmaryoffenceshe has dealtwith duriagth®
year.
The reportwi11 be re-submitted•tothe superintendentsanctioning
aay incrementand onveyingany c ment,and the paperswi11 be
returnedto the man to fi1e. The Superintendeatwillattaoha oopy o£
the modelanswersto the maa'e paperswhen submittingthem to Headquarters.
The Superintendentwi11 returnthe reportto Headquartersto
be filed in the PersoaalPapersof the man concerned.
